What to Expect:
Intention Setting: Before the sound session begins, we will take a moment with pen and paper to set clear, heartfelt intentions. Your intention might be to invite healing and harmony into specific areas of your life—relationships, physical well-being, career, or personal growth. It can also be as simple as offering prayers for loved ones or sending positive energy to the world.
Writing down intentions has been shown to create a stronger imprint on the subconscious mind, helping to shift internal beliefs and align the conscious mind with deeper, intuitive desires. This practice will enhance your experience, allowing you to receive benefits with greater clarity and openness.
Short Guided Visualisation: Imprint your intentions deep into your consciousness through a guided journey.
Sound Bath: You will sit or lie down comfortably and receive a soothing sound bath where you can deeply relax and journey with the sound. You can integrate any experiences or insights by writing down your experiences or sharing (sharing is optional).

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
A Sound Bath is a soothing and transformative experience that harnesses the power of sound to promote relaxation, healing, and inner harmony. During a Sound Bath, a range of carefully chosen instruments—such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks and the human voice —are played in a purposeful sequence. The sounds are designed to take you on a journey, gently guiding you into a meditative or even dreamlike state. As the vibrations wash over you, they can help clear blockages in your energy field, bring emotions to the surface, and encourage a profound release.
Many people report a deep sense of relaxation, with physical tension or aches dissolving during the session. In fact, scientific studies have shown that sound waves can lower cortisol (the stress hormone), balance brainwave activity, and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for calming the body.
